The inside of the card has the words on the record

The back of the card has Gibson Musicards written on the bottom

Record label is blue with black writing

Envelope has a label "Record - Happy Birthday Dad 1955 by Rosemary Clooney" has clear tape over the entire label. Also has imprint of Postage Sealed 12cents Undsealed 4cents Hand Stamp all in the right top corner. 

Other side of envelope is blank
