THE BEATLES - Rubber Soul (Parlophone England - 1965) VG/VG+
PMC 1267
Matrix numbers: XEX 579 - 5 & XEX 580 - 5 on black label with yellow logo and silver print.
Without KT tax code on any sides of the labels.
The A-side of the LP are in a strong VG condition. Some sellers should say VG+ while the B-side are in weak VG condition, almost VG-.
I chose to grade the LP as VG.
Both labels carries "The Grammophone Co. Ltd.." on the rims and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
The A-side label has its text typed with "San Serif" styled letters, while the B-side has the text written in "Times New Roman" style.
I have never seen the album Rubber Soul with two different type styles on each label before....!
The LP is housed in a front laminated sleeve. The LPs comes in its original "USE EMITEX" innerbag.
On the back of the sleeve one can find "Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd." on the lower "flip-back" frame.
