This is one of the cleanest, shiniest, most beautiful copies of Love's 2nd LP, "Da Capo", I've ever seen, and I've sold and seen a lot of vinyl. EASILY A NEAR MINT, the cover bordering on Excellent. "11/66" is etched in the dead wax, along with "EKS-74005-A". The label notes at the bottom "November 1966". BUT, while this is a STEREO COPY, its wrapped in a MONO cover: the front has a STEREO STICKER attached to it, and if you look at the very legible spine, the cover notes it as "EKL 4005", which is the number for a mono copy. The cover itself is in fine shape, with only a tiny amount of ring wear, minor bumping on the corners, and NO SPLITTING! There is a name that was marked out with a black magic marker on the back as the only real flaw in this wonderful copy. An incredible rock band in the 60's led by the great Arthur Lee, these guys are certainly bound for a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A very influential band that, if you haven't heard them, you need to check them out. This record is also wrapped in the ORIGINAL ELEKTRA SLEEVE, another component of this VERY HARD TO FIND NEAR MINT COPY!
