The cardboard case and both paper cases have a rectangular cut near the bottom left corner. Side 1 of the record has a few scratches on the left side. Side 4 of the record has a few smudge scratches on the top left area along with two other scratches on the top right area. Side 3 of the record has quite a few smudge scratches on the bottom half. Side 2 of the record has about 3 scratches on the bottom half.
