On Aug-13-21 at 10:19:02 PDT, seller added the following information:

I want to add some provenance / history to this album and others I have and will be listing.

This is from the personal library (estate) of Mr. Corlandus Lang.

He was appointed director of Music to Langston University in 1961. Langston is HBCU , historically black university , and the only one in the state of Oklahoma.

It was established in 1897.

It has a proud tradition of jazz, classical, gospel & folk music.

No doubt Mr. Lang loved music and and it is visible in the condition of his collection.

Some of his album covers have his stamp ‘ From the Library of Corlandus Lang’.
