Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM-. I numerically score the vinyl a 95 with the A-side playing a 94 and the B-side a 96.  A visual inspection reveals some minor surface marks, not enough to lower the grade to VG+ and based on this the play the vinyl is scored as Excellent. 
The sleeve is scored as EX as well, more toward the lower end and I am numerically scoring it a 84.  I've attempted to capture the issues in the pictures, driving the grade are the creases on the rear spine. Beyond that there is light corner wear, very very light wear to the seams, on some angles the faintest hint of ring wear, on angles a couple of tiny discoloration spots, a bit of wear along the opening seam along with a couple of tiny creases coming up from the bottom and top seams. I'm really beating on this cover right now but the truth is that at arms length it looks perfect, especially considering the amount of black. The insert shows a couple small discoloration spots and there is no OBI.
