Jackie McLean & Tina Brooks “Street Singer” 1981 ‘Unissued Masterpiece’ Series/King Records Japan re-compiled and renumbered issue of the 1979 “World First Appearance” series-never released in the U.S. (# GXK 8161 stereo) in a cardboard sleeve. This is a 1960 Blue Note recording; recorded at The Rudy Van Gelder Studio (RVG). This is a highly coveted, rare Japanese King Records release. The record grading is a visual Excellent (EX). The album is very clean with hardly any surface marks. There is a hairline mark on Side 2 that was play tested and DNAP. The outer case is also Excellent (EX)-looks almost new. The OBI strip and original insert are included. (all reflected in the photos) All sales final.
