Here is a great 12" 45 RPM EP from Metallica entitled "Creeping Death". It is on Music For Nations Records 12 KUT 112 copyright 1984. The record is on blue vinyl. The jacket has multiple creases and a few rips on the right side of the jacket. There is also edgewear and dings to the corners. The record has a few light scratches on each side but overall looks nice for its age.
