Your item will be carefully packaged the same day if payment is received before 4:30pm (Sun to Fri).

Most items will be posted the next day if payment is received before 4:30 pm (Sun to Fri).

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your item please return as received, in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 30 days. Goods must be returned with shipping paid by the buyer.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return the item to us within 30 days and we will provide you with a full refund or replacement. In this case we will also refund you the postage and packaging you paid to return the item to us.
