Here is a great LP record from Ministry entitled "With Sympathy". The album is on Arista Records AL 6608 copyright 1983. The jacket has a top right corner cut, creases, ringwear & dings to the corners. The record looks gorgeous - it's really near mint but I am conservatively grading at EX. The original inner sleeve is included.
