Originally released in 1964, this reissue was released in 1968(?) 0n Columbia CS 8990. I am not exactly sure on the release date but looking at the original, generic, inner sleeve indicates 1968 was the release year. Cover is in shrink wrap (the KMART price sticker is still on the shrink wrap). Two eyed Columbia record label. There is some minor wear at the opening cover edge where there is no shrink wrap. The cover is in overall very good plus condition. Some minor marks on the record which is in overall very good condition.
