Divine was an actress and singer closely related to filmmaker, John Waters. Throughout the 70's and Eighties. Born Glenn Milstead, Divine was known as the Queen of Outrage and did everything possible to shock audiences both on and off stage. Taking cues from the early Punk movement, Divine cut this single with some session musicians and while there is a novelty aspect to the material, it's not that far off from being the real thing. It is rumored that some of the Dead Boys appear on these tracks but I think that's been debunked over time. Nice thought, though! 
Vinyl is clean and plays great. Cover has radio station call letters written on it. Sleeve is in VG+ condition. Some storage wear but nothing too bad.
