All 4 sides are in very good condition ,a few minor surface scuffs nothing of great significance ,minor pops/crackles mainly on run in and out.
the gatefold sleeve is card and is therefore slightly tatty on the edges. a price tag tear top front sleeve see photo which form part of the description
