A 1972 1st pressing of Shostakovitch String Quartets consisting of all 13 quartets performed by The Borodin Quartet. This was recorded in the U.S.S.R. by Melodiya and manufactured in the U.K. on the HMV/EMI label. This is a 6 record boxset and comes complete with an 8 page booklet. The hard card box is not laminated and because of this the black print on the edges and corners are slightly worn with age. But the box is solid and there are no splits or tears to its construction. The vinyl is in fantastic condition all 6 records retain that new look shine and I would easily grade them as near mint condition. I offer a 7 day return service if not satisfied, buyer pays return post. Any item over £50 will be sent as signed for postage. I have collected records of all genres for almost 40 years.
