Any significant splitting or tears will be noted here: Minor splitting on top, 2", design is cardboard joined with paper stock, not solid cardboard, so just the paper has started to split. Otherwise good condition, minor shelf wear, please see all photos as grading is subjective. 

This item has been tested and does not skip of my equipment after having been played at least one time for testing purposes. 

This item will be shipped in an LP mailer, and if any sleeves are missing or damaged, the record will be placed in a fresh round bottom polyethylene sleeve.
