Cover - VG split at top and bottom. Vinyl - VG warp but does not affect play. Scratches that show in the background but plays fine throughout.
Grading I mostly visually grade records and the process can be subjective. If you have any issues with your records please contact me so we can work it out. I buy lots of vinyl for my own collection and don't like surprises either. I want all to be happy :). I try to grade conservative.
