Background...
Yellow Submarine is the tenth studio album by English rock band the Beatles, released on 13 January 1969 in the United States and on 17 January in the United Kingdom. It was issued as the soundtrack to the animated film of the same name, which premiered in London in July 1968. The album contains six songs by the Beatles, including four new songs and the previously released "Yellow Submarine" and "All You Need Is Love". The remainder of the album is a re-recording of the film's orchestral soundtrack by the band's producer, George Martin.
The outer cover is stunning, especially considering its age!! There are no splits or tears and has retained a beautiful sheen. It has hardly any film creases and of course bares the much sought after RED LINES on the back!! Only minor age related wear like a small sticker removal mark. NEAR MINT!!
The vinyl has a super glossy sheen and sits completely flat with no warping what so ever. Fab spindle holes and lovely clean labels!!! There is literally not a mark on it! NR MINT!!
The inner is also excellent with a minor crease mark and one tiny dirt mark.
ALL IN ALL A GREAT AND SAUGHT AFTER PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR MUSICAL COLLECTION!!
