Mercury SR-61325 - David Bowie, The Man Who Sold The World - 12' LP Vinyl Record Album Rare original US pressing. CODE: Mercury SR-61325 SLEEVE CONDITION: G+. Some general wear and a little discoloration. Clip to the bottom right corner, small (2cm) split to the edge at the top right corner. RECORD CONDITION: G. Noticeable surface wear to the record. It still plays, but there is crackle/noise throughout and there may be skips on some turntables. It's probably better than I am making it sound but it is a gap filler really. Records will be properly packed using Defenda MusicMax boxes and thick card stiffeners to help guarantee that they reach you without damage.
I use the Goldmine record grading system.
Mint - The record is unplayed and still sealed (I do not use this particular grading on any record which is not still sealed!).
Near Mint - The record has probably only been played a couple of times (if at all) and should have only the lightest of surface marks.
Very Good+/Excellent - The record may have slight wear but should still have excellent sound quality. It may have some light scratches or light marks but no heavy scratches.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played quite a lot and has noticeable scratches or marks but should still play fine.
Good - The record has been well played and has marks that will likely cause sticking or other issues.
Poor - Very tatty and really only suitable as a gap filler.
Please note items are usually visually graded only. They are not played before sale unless otherwise stated.
