Sunny Day Real Estate - Diary, 2009 reissue on double LP red vinyl in a gatefold album cover, includes the booklet that came with it.  Features two bonus tracks that were previously only available on the 'Thief Steal Me a Peach' 7".  Bought new and only listened to a couple times.  Since it was taken out of the shrinkwrap, it has been stored in a plastic sleeve, and has been carefully stored and cared for.  The records are in excellent condition without scratches or defects.  The jacket is also in excellent condition.  Everything looks like new.
All records will be shipped in a sturdy cardboard vinyl record mailer.  I'm listing a lot of other records from my collection because I have too many and they are too heavy to move with me to my new home.
