NM: (Near Mint) Like new, most likely  (Cover has a few minor imperfections).
VG++: A cover that has a few visual imperfections.
VG+:   A few more surface marks than a VG++. 
VG: The cover will display scuffs, marks.  
VG-: The cover may show extreme wear (split seams, stain, handwriting,)

NS: A New Sealed unplayed record.
