Fairport Convention - Unhalfbricking   Island  ILPS 9102 UK original from 1969  Original Black Block Eye label

For most of this LP the playback is easily EX. Visually, there are a couple of surface marks on side 1 of this LP.  One is noticeable, but has absolutely no affect on playback. But there is a small little mark that just starts to cause a few very light ticks in the fadeout of track 1 and at the start of tracks two.  It really is not disturbing at all, as it is very light indeed at the end of track one and on track two you can barely make it out at all, as there is a lot of percussive noises - washboard and spoon it sounds like, so you can't really make it out.   The rest of the LP has no issues.  So graded at VG+ but plays way above that for 99% of the LP

The sleeve is also the 1st press, as it has the same 'Eye' design as the label. Later issues have the white 'i' on the back.  The sleeve is the same grade, as there is just a little wear at the top of the spine that has rubbed out the beginning of the band name.  There is no other tears, or writing - just a very little wear on the unlaminated back (The front is also unlaminated.)
