This 12" EP was released by Megaforce Records as MRS-04
Original US Megaforce Pressing with Sterling stamp in deadwax.

Condition:
Vinyl is in clean NM-/EX (Near Mint-/Excellent) visual grade condition!!!
Album Cover is clean and well-preserved with standard shelf, handling and light ring wear present. There are a couple of light creases near corners.
No Seam Splits! Solid Binding!
