Rare and remarkably well preserved.
Record is a solid vg+ with a few light superficial marks. Labels are sharp and bright with no discernible wear. Flat with no warping.
Sleeve is OK...intact with wear and some small splits at the corners and one at left center. Top and bottom seams are in good shape. Original Inner sleeve is there, technically. It would need to be taped or otherwise repaired if you chose to do so.
