THE BOOTLES-I'll Let You Hold My Hand-Promo 45-THE BEATLES-CRESCENDO #GNP 311. This is a promotional copy without any stickers or flaws to the label. Sleeve is original. Vinyl is shiny with minor surface scuffs from being taken out of the paper sleeve. This record is in very good condition! It came from the estate of a family that owned a furniture/electronics store in Los Angeles in the 50’s-70’s. It is likely new old stock that has never been played.
The Bootles were a short lived female vocal group. This record was released in early 1964 as an answer song to the Beatles' 1963 hit "I Want To Hold Your Hand". It did not chart on Billboard and disappeared from sight shortly after release. It has since become a scarce piece of Beatle-mania memorabilia.
