I've seen hundreds of thousands of records in the last 60 years, and this is the only copy of this I've ever seen.  Cover is VG+ front with some light foxing and a light crease.  The back is EX with--wait for it--Norman Rockwell.  Vinyl is VISUALLY GRADED EX.  I don't know the date and Google didn't come up with anything.

Payment expected within 3 days of auction end.   eBay has come up with a new payment scheme, but I still prefer PayPal.  But whatever.
