This listing is for a picture disc 12 Inch single by Madonna with 3 tracks, all on one side.  The side of the record with Madonna’s face has no grooves on it.  The side with the microphone has the 3 tracks, Rain, Up Down Suite (Dub) and Open Your Heart.  This record was given to me as a gift.  It was played one time when first received and tested once again prior to listing.  There is slight surface noise in a couple of quiet places in the Up Down Suite Dub but all cuts play through fine with no skips.  The record comes in a heavy grade clear plastic sleeve with a slick cardstock reproduction of both sides as a backing. I added a light plastic clear inner sleeve when I received the record for extra protection.  I will place the record inside a protective plastic sleeve prior to shipping.  

Some of the pictures have white flecks on the black surfaces.  This is a fault of the camera and is not present on the actual item.
