Up for auction is a reissue of the 1971 Marvin Gaye classic released on Tamla What's Going On.  I am not completely sure what year the reissue is from, but it is a 180 Gram copy.  
The outer sleeve is in overall great shape.  I has some light wear on the corners and even lighter wear around the edges. However, most edges are completely clean. There is no imprinting from the vinyl on either the front or back covers.  The reason I rate it lower then excellent is because it appears to have had a stack of records on it at one point cause the structure to flatten just a bit.  It is not fully flattened whatsoever though. 
The vinyl will come in what I believe is an original white sleeve. It is in great shape with no issue to note. 
The vinyl itself is 180 Grams.  I probably listened to this record less then 10 times since I bought it about 5 years back. There really doesn't appear to be any surface marking or scratching.  I would recommend washing the record or wiping it down before throwing it on the turn table. 
Obviously there are a ton of these around.  This is a great record and will go for cheap.  You win!
