How I ship your record/s ! This is ok for one record... "Hamburger " Style ! In a home made record clamshell mailer.
        13"x13" thick  cardboard               lyric sheet if it has one             poster if it has one        original sleeve if it has one record in an after market or old sleeve                   cover jacket          13"x13" thick card board
For 2 or more records I use a new 14"x14"x2" Pizza Box ( I buy from the wholesale store in Edmonton). I would put the records in each like the "Hamburger "style,  put foam corners and packing. I pack it well so it does not move around in shipping.
