The Beatles - Rubber Soul Y&B UK Stereo LP PCS 3071
Item Description: Scarce 1965 1st Press. Stereo records were scarce compared to their Mono counterparts about a ratio of only 1 Stereo to every 10 Mono by the time this record was released in December 1965. Also take in to consideration that this is the first Stereo press record with the -2 -2 matrix numbers which was only available for a short period of time. This has the hard to find label variation, the word Stereo is aligned directly above the letter O in Parlophone and there is a space between the end of writing Trade Mark and the word Stereo, on both sides of the labels not easy to find with this label variation.
This is a nice copy in great condition for its age most are stained or have a lot of damage this does not.

Detailed Descriptions
The Sleeve: VG- Has some staining to the rear and to the side opening. Mild ringwear to the front of the sleeve and some laminate lift to the left of the front sleeve. There are a few creases to the front of the sleeve and a few on the flipbacks. There is some writing to rear of the sleeve on the top right corner. Lastly there is a slight damage spot to the bottom of the sleeve. Overall a above average sleeve. Please refer to pictures for reference.
Inner Sleeve: VG Has yellow discolouration but no spine splits just some creases. Please refer to pictures for reference.
The Labels: VG+ Has some signs of use but the centre spindle does not look like it's been abused. There are some spindle marks to both sides.
Record Visually Graded: EX- In strong light looks VG+ due light surface marks but in normal light looks EX- just for a few light marks. There are 3 light scratches to side 2 none of which you can feel or effect playback.
Record Playback: EX- Really nice and crisp sound. Plays through without any sticking or jumping and there isn't hardly any surface noise. Overall a very enjoyable listen.
