This is a UK original ED2 Stereo LP pressing. It has an ED1 front laminated flipback sleeve. There is also a printed date stamp on the bottom flipback (R.S. 7-60). This means that the sleeve was printed in July 1960. It comes with its original "FFSS" Stereophonic polythene-lined company inner sleeve. 

The record has ED2 "wide band" Decca labels which are grooved also. They have the "Made In England By" text. It has  ZAL-4139-2E and ZAL-4140-1K matrix numbers. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical LP. I have some other rare UK classical records for sale too.

 

Sleeve: There is some moderate rubbing wear to the bottom right corner tip. This has caused a 1 cm bit of the bottom flipback to be torn away. There is some light fading on the rear. VG+ condition.

Vinyl: Light sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. NEAR EX condition. The labels are in wonderful condition and show next to no spindle wear. I have fully play tested this LP. It plays Excellently. Very well overall. The company inner sleeve is in Very Near EX condition. There is some very light wear and no seam splits.


Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £8.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
