Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is an absolute obscure EXTREMELY RARE 45 record that was recorded at GARU Recording studios in San Antonio, Texas. 
Based on the 45 vinyl, "AS TIME GOES BY & ME QUIERO ENAMORAR that is being sang in Spanish and in English" are songs written by DIMAS GARZA of the LEGENDARY ROYAL JESTERS and also in both songs are being featured 'THE SONICS' (the famous Tejano band - the band that sings the very sought after song of "FIND MYSELF ANOTHER GIRL).
What I have here for you is TRUE Chicano, Northern Soul Music that is truly hard to find. This record was played one last time (on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION NOR NEW OLD STOCK, but it is in super nice condition for its age.  It does have some light surface scratches and the vinyl is slightly warped, but there is NOTHING that affects play.

The label as you can see in the pictures is in very nice condition.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE:  Based on my research, there is only ONE exact (NOT FOR SALE) vinyl as this one in the internet with              Audio(check it out).              Don't let this one slip away as I can guarantee you, YOU WILL NOT find another one any time              soon.
