Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you(based on my research) is an absolute obscure EXTREMELY,EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY RARE 45 record that was recorded at AAA Recording studios in San Antonio,Texas and vinyl made by TEXAS SOUND STUDIOS SAN ANTONIO,TEXAS 
This 45 vinyl (both songs) "TEVAS(YOU'RE GONE) and FUISTE TU(TILL THERE WAS YOU) are sang in Spanish and in English by LOS TWO TONES(Blas Bustamante & Juan Aguilar) with musical background By 'THE SONICS' (the famous Tejano band - the band that sings the very,very sought after song of "FIND MYSELF ANOTHER GIRL).
What I have here for you is TRUE Chicano Sweet Soul at its Best!...it doesn't get better than this!!   This record was played one last time (on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record IS NOT IN MINT CONDITION NOR NEW OLD STOCK, but it is in super nice condition for its age.  It does have some light surface scratches and the vinyl is slightly warped, but there is NOTHING that affects play.
Side 1: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
Side 2: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
The label as you can see in the pictures has a little wear but it is in very nice condition for its age.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE:  Based on my research, there is NOT even ONE 45 vinyl as this one for sale anywhere in the internet,              making this 45 EXTREMELY RARE.                Don't let this one slip away as I can guarantee you, YOU WILL NOT find another one any time              soon.
            I don't have audio at the moment(sorry you can not listen to the songs), but being a musician myself for             40+ years "TEJANO MUSICIAN", I can guarantee you that you are gonna love these TWO songs or             your money back NO QUESTIONS ASKED.   If you like Tejano - Sweet Soul Music, you are definitely             ONE HUNDRED PERCENT(100%) gonna love this AWESOME vinyl.
