The picture vinyl is clean and glossy with no obvious marks, looks to have been very lightly played, visually grades as a strong EX+ on both sides. The outer rim of the LP is brown, (I think browned over time, see pics) which often happens with picture discs over time, this has however not affected the actual picture disc itself.
It still comes in the original generic plastic sleeve which is VG with a few creases.
