The record has light and faint superficial/hairline surface marks/scuffs and grades EX.
The insert has hardly any wear and grades EX.
The sleeve has light edge/corner wear with slightly more edge wear on the top edge. Some yellowing/foxing on the back. Extremely light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades VG+ to EX. Would have been EX without the foxing on the back.
