The record has hardly any marks and grades NM.
The gatefold insert has hardly any wear apart from light creasing and grades EX.
The small leaflet has a crease across the bottom and some light foxing on the back and grades VG+.
The gatefold wallet sleeve has light wear. Some small creases on the spine. There is a small tear on the bottom right corner on the back. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks and it grades EX. There is some very light foxing/yellowing on the Obi.
