I visually grade conservatively under a bright light. All records are gently cleaned before shipment, WITH EXCEPTION TO ANY LOTS. Pictures are taken prior to cleaning. Packaged in lp/45 mailer with recycled album cover as filler, and bubble wrap. I like to make use of all materials!  

GRADING SYSTEM

(There are instances where a grade is inbetween two grades for example a VG++/NM= not quite a NM but better than a VG++! This is strickly referring to the vinyl or cover. Not to be mistaken for VG++ is vinyl grade and NM is cover grade)

SS

  sealed in original shrink wrap. Never opened

NM

  Record looks unplayed. Displays original luster. Any surface noise very faint if at all. Cover will be in excellent condition with only VERY minor imperfections if any at all.

VG++

  Close to near mint. Record in very good shape with only minor paper sleeve marks. A few VERY light scratches/blemishes may be present. Sound quality very good with only minor surface noise in between tracks. Any other surface noise faint. Cover may have very light ringwear/corner wear. No split seams

VG+ 

  Record in overall very good condition. Not flawless. Minor scratches and/or sleeve marks present. NO "feeler scratches" Sound quality still very good. Minor crackling here and there possible. Enjoyable listening experience. Cover may have light ringwear/light staining/corner damage

VG

  Record has been played and handled. Moderate scratches/blemishes present. May have a "feeler" scratch but will be noted. Moderate surface noise and crackling present. Plays through with no skipping. Cover will have moderate damage (ringwear, staining, corner damage). May have split seams

VG-

  Lots of scratches, blemishes. "feeler scratches" may be present. Lots of surface noise and crackling. I only sell VG- records in cases of rarity. Cover will have many problems-heavy ringwear, stains, cracked corners, split seams etc

G+

Many scratches, some feelable, marks, scuffs, etc. Vinyl will have loss of luster. A beat up record that will pay through with lots of noise and possibly some skips (will be noted in description)
