It is properly entitled "JC Penney presents "Sonic Boom" The Official Seattle Supersonics Commemorative Record Album 1978-79 NBA World Champions" and the back lists the title as follows:

This album was produced by Fleetwood Marketing Group in conjuction with KIRO Newsradio 71.  This is a JC Penney Custom Recording with the original price tag from JC Penney still partially on the front.  The album is narrated by Bob Blackburn.  This album has the official NBA logo on the front.  Nothing visibly wrong with the jacket, the shrink wrap has a slight split in the top corner of the open side of the album about three and a quarter inches long.
