Hi there my friends,
Up for sale is a double set of beautiful, clean, displayable, and vintage (to maybe have Dylan sign one day??) album covers WITH original hype stickers. Two of Bob's best titles.
I'll start first with Highway 61 Revisited. So much mojo on this classic. And let me tell you, this has to be the cleanest album cover jacket I've come across of this original mono cover. The only one I've seen come close is a personal friend's mono copy he paid $100 for with the record- but it doesn't even have the hype sticker. Granted, someone named B. Butch wrote their name on the back of the cover as shown in photos. As you can see, this Highway 61 cover is very clean and desirable.
Bringing It All Back Home. Classic. Has the (frankly pretty rare and uncommon) hype sticker for Subterranean Homesick Blues. I have seen copies with this original advert sticker go for astronomical prices. Someone here on eBay has listed one with the SHB sticker in the $200 ballpark. That said, this one is also a clean cover overall but it does show a little bit of track to the right side of the cover. A little typical light cover dirting at cover's right. It's still beautiful and looks great overall. Light one inch (barely) breakage at bottom right corner. Tough to see. A really nice hype stickered cover overall of this brilliant album. Plus, Mick Jagger's got his hands on one just like it (see photos)!
Making some space for books as I am going back to school so letting these guys go. Thought one day might take one and try to get Bob to sign one. Maybe your luck now? Keep me posted if you are successful!! I have priced these together at a fair price based on a portion of what the LPs clean with the vinyl would go for. Great opportunity to score these truly, truly rare hype stickers.
Will ship with immense care and precaution. I sincerely appreciate your interest and consideration. Good luck bidding! Cheers!
