In order to be insured, I put actual price on the invoice. In the case of custom inspection, buyer pays for import tax and custom clearance fee. But buyer can order me some other way with one's responsibility.
Package will be in a 7' carton box.
It is not cool to mention these basic things, however in order to avoid misunderstandings, please read these descriptions below.
Return will be accepted but if the reason of return is refuse to pay the import tax and custom inspection fee, the postage as $9 will be deducted from the price you payed. This is buyer's responsibility to pay tax. Recently, EU getting strict to charge VAT for the import products and they will add custom clearance fee.
