I PLAYED THIS RECORD ONCE WHEN I FIRST GOT IT AND THEN ONCE MORE AS I LISTED IT FOR AUCTION.
This is the highly sought after 2013 Vinyl Release
FSM 213-1
It is VERY hard to find and rarely ever comes up for auction and when they do they are certainly not in as good of condition as this is.
Record sounds AMAZING. It is without a doubt in VG+ to Excellent condition. (With this being a rare and expensive record I took several things into account to grade this and I feel I am being very reasonable and would think I am definitely under grading this, but grading is relative and many people have a varying opinion on grading but here is my thorough explanation so everyone is on the same page and everyone is happy:
To me, when a record is unplayed I consider it “near mint” - so after I played it the first time, I no longer could consider it “near mint” as it had now seen a record needle, so at that time I would have considered it “excellent” and to be fair - since I played it one more time - and we’re dealing with a quite expensive record I once again downgraded it from excellent to VG+ (down one grade for each time I played it - so I think that is VERY fair) I also would say another reason to consider it VG+ instead of excellent is because it is an acoustic record - with acoustic songs on vinyl ANY normal surface noise is always more evident. This is always the case with vinyl - when a song is quiet you will hear more than you would if a recording was hard rock and loud) I want you to be VERY happy with this record and I feel I am being beyond critical with the grading because we’re dealing with an expensive record.
I take VERY good care of my records. I only sell records I would personally want to own. There is no doubt in my mind you will be very happy. If there is any visual age or markings on the record it will be extremely light. We’re dealing with vinyl here, it is not digital. Be reasonable and you’ll be VERY happy. A good cleaning is always recommended with vinyl records, and with a good cleaning this record will be simply fantastic.
I am aware there are insane / picky collectors out there, so if that is you, please find this elsewhere.
COVER: ANY FLAWS FULLY DESCRIBED BELOW - IN DETAIL SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL AND ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE PURCHASING AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I keep all my records in a protective sleeve (yes, I will give the protective sleeve to you) Cover looks great. Here are a list of what one would consider flaws. There are normal dings/wear on corners or sides and slightest of circular ring mark. There is also a crease on the front top left corner (about an inch long or so) On the spine in the very center - there is about a 1 1/2 inch split. It is on the word “sessions” so it is about 3/4 of an inch over that word and about 3/4 of an inch beyond that word. I have done my best to show all of this in photos (I am always happy to take more pics, just message me) in my opinion these “flaws” are very likely not something 9 out of 10 people would find bothersome but I do my best to describe what someone may consider flaws. If those type of things may bother you, you may be someone who would grade this cover as VG to VG+ - however if you’re that picky I would prefer you buy this elsewhere as I cannot stand dealing with picky collectors who inspect records with a white glove. Please review photos. Again, I am more than happy to take additional photos and answer any questions.
Please understand that with rare records such as this, I WILL NOT accept returns as I am not willing to risk a “bait and switch”
All sales are final. Sold is. Absolutely no returns or refunds.
Shipping: VERY IMPORTANT - USPS is experiencing severe delays right now and that is out of my control. Signature confirmation may be required. I ship out as fast as I can. Normally the next business day after payment is received. But please understand I can not control the speed of the USPS.
