This is a limited edition, 45th anniversary version of the debut album by KISS. It Is 180gram Clear Vinyl with Black Swirls! It is brand new, still sealed and has never been opened.
There is an area on the spine and on the top of the album that looks to be a small manufacturing defect under the plastic. See photos for this issue.
