Six strong cuts that'll take you to another time and place, and all of them offering something different to the ears. The band is also very generous to the listener and offer up many fine fuzz freakouts over the course of the album. Can't say what the strongest tracks are, as they're all fantastic, but Funeral and Phantasmagoria would probably get my vote. Train Kept-A-Rollin' is also just a blast. There is an extended drum solo during the rockin' and rollin' Ahimsa, so beware of that if drum solos are not your scene. I usually enjoy them though, as they help keep the energy levels of the music nice and high. But I'll stop letting my rambling thoughts spill out. Just go listen to the grooves yourself and form your own opinion. Mine says this is a loose and lysergic spin that's solid from start to finish and is perfect for those blissfully stoned summer evenings.
