I am not a Record dealer (I usually sell books). I bought a large collection at a charity sale. These are not graded by a professional; just giving my opinion in my own words. I no longer have a working turntable, so it's a visual evaluation.
Cover: There is a 1.5 inch tear at the top seam (photo #3). There is surface wear on the mostly black Front Cover.
Record : The original owner's initials are on the Side 2 label. No noticeable flaws -- used, but not flawed.
