George Michael LP - Older - UK issue (label states "Manufactured in the EU") on Virgin from 1996, catalogue number  V 2802, 7243 8 41392 1 6.

The record is clean and bright, on first look, with just a few light hairlines. Unfortunately, closer inspection reveals damage to the first track on side 1 and sadly this does affect play. It starts with just a little background crackle, but starts clicking immediately. Then, even worse, it sticks about 15 seconds into the song. After that, the rest of Jesus To A Child plays OK, but it clicks through most of it. The first track on side 2 also has some clicking, but otherwise the rest of the album played OK on my Pioneer system, with just a few other occasional clicks.

It is difficult to give the record and overall grading, but because of the damage, it would have to be VG- at best.

The outer sleeve has also not been looked after. As the pictures show, the edges are scuffed, there is damage on the right hand side of the front, just above the title, and a small tear to the opening edge at the bottom of the front. Overall, I would grade the outer sleeve VG.

The lyric inner sleeve is EX, with no edge splits and hardly any ringwear.
