The Cross : Shove It (first pressing)

This first pressing plays with wonderful high quality audio.  The cover is still in its original shrinkwrap and comes complete with the original flyer which enabled the buyer to get the free enamel 'Shove It' badge :-)

 Visual grading

   There are some faint hairlines on each side but there are no scratches.  There is a little spindle wear on S1 and a little more on S2.  Overall a lovely example of this first pressing.

Play grading

Side One plays with immaculate audio.  This record is now nearly 30 years old and for the playback to be this good is very rare.  I would say 'Heaven For Everyone' plays with a minimum of distortion but aside from that you will not find a better first press.  There is no interference, no static even, an incredible listen.  Side Two also does not disappoint and more than matches Side One.  Again there is no interference, it plays as new.  No clicks, no pops just pure unadulterated rock!  The bass especially comes to the fore on this recording.  A first class sounding LP. 

Cover

The cover as stated is still contained within the original shrinkwrap and is only open along the opening edge.  The edges and spine are in perfect condition and the only wear is some rubbing on the two right hand edges.  Apart from that it is Mint.

Lyric inner

This is in great condition apart from a very minor amount of wear on the corners.  And I mean minor!!

With no marks or writing they are in lovely condition with only some spindle wear.
