Max Roach Quintet The Many Sides Of Max stereo Mercury 60911 Gold label deep groove "Promo" stamp
George Coleman (ts), Booker Little (t) Julian Priester (tb), Art Davis (b), Max Roach (d) Rec. 1959
The record looks and plays VG++. Plays with some light surface noise during quiet parts. Superficial scuffs on both sides. 2 needle drop digs or tiny scratches that combined tick below the level of the music app. 5 times. The grooves are not gray or spread,
The cover is VG+ to VG++.
The front cover is shiny with light wear and moderate ring wear and some bubbling of the slick at the top near the spine. The back cover has light wear and fading. The corners have spots of heavy wear and denting. No split seams. Spine is readable but slightly off center.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
I WILL NOT END AUCTIONS EARLY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
