John Carter & Bobby Bradford Self Determination Music stereo Flying Dutchman FDS-128 Van Gelder in runouts Fold out cover
John Carter (as, ts, cl), Bobby Bradford (t), Tom Williamson (b), Buzz Freeman (d) Rec 1969
The record looks and plays VG++. A nice copy. No scratches. Some very light, superficial scuffs, not into the grooves on each side. The grooves look glossy and little played.
The cover is VG+.
The front and back covers have many wrinkles in the slick, apparently due to a manufacturing error. The wrinkles can be felt and seen in certain light. Both front and back are shiny with very light wear. The corners have small spots of wear and denting. No split seams. The spine is intact and readable, though the slick is slightly off center. Inside the fold is bright and looks good.
Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
My highest grade is M- and I rarely grade 50s or 60s records M-. Records are graded visually using the Goldmine system. M-, VG++, VG+, VG, VG- etc. I play grade any potential problem areas. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws. You will be satisfied. No hassles.
I WILL NOT END AUCTIONS EARLY. PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
