The most diverse and one of the most interesting albums in The Cure's discography. Opening 'The Kiss' sounds as dark as best tracks from 'Pornography' (1982), but the next 'Catch' is great pop-standard 'Head On The Door'-like. The best track here is ominous arabic 'If Only Tonight We Could Sleep'. Disco-hit 'Why Can't I Be You', romance 'Just Like Heaven' and funk 'Hot Hot Hot!!!' are another memorable songs here. I think this album we could call Cure's White Album because of its variety. It's maybe not very solid but still outstanding.
All of the vinyl discs are "Near Mint" or better. This was a promotional copy and may have never been played.
The cover is VG+ for some creases and the promo saw cut.
The inner lyric sleeves are also VG+
