I use the Goldmine grading standard and would grade this album as follows:
Labels: Excellent. No writing, stickers, or tears. Very clean labels.
Sleeve: Very Good+. Ring wear and light general wear. Small tear on front cover. No writing, cutouts, stickers or seam splits. Solid binding, operating wheel and nice gatefold.
Record: Very Good+. Light surface wear, scratches. Original gloss. No skips or repeats. Record has been run through the SpinClean and properly sleeved.
