Artist: Ray Smith  Title: Travelin' with Ray  Label/Number: Judd LP-701 (M) Jacket condition: VG+ Record condition: VG Notes: The cover is in pretty nice condition with some light ring wear and some minor seam and corner wear. The front cover slick has a couple of minor "wrinkles" on the top right that look to be original from installation not quite gluing correctly. Ordinarily I probably wouldn't make note of it but for an album of this rarity it can't hurt. The back cover has 3 tiny "Promotional Not For Sale" red rubber stamped along the top right (see photo). The labels are in nice condition with a few light spindle marks and a tiny scrape around the hole on Side 2. The vinyl has good gloss but has quite a few light scuffs and scratches that warrant grading it down some to VG. It plays well with just a little bit of occasional surface noise. Grading: Grading is usually only visual for VG+ or better items, although if time allows I may play to verify the quality of a pressing or just to hear the music. VG items are usually only listed if they are fairly hard-to-find items and are always play graded. Regardless of the grade, if I do play the LP, I note the results in the item description. I use Goldmine standards with Ebay's EX grade added for items NOT QUITE up to NM; but please read the notes above as I try to note anything that might influence the grading one way or another. I try to be conservative and grade as though I were buying the record and hope my feedback speaks well for my grading. Mono (M) or Stereo (S) is noted after catalog number. Don't hesitate to e-mail questions.    Mailing and costs: Domestic shipping is via USPS, media mail with delivery confirmation. I ship in cardboard mailers made specifically for records with additional cardboard pads for added protection. Shipping and handling charges are a flat $5.00 for the first LP and $0.50 per additional LP. I will insure this one at my expense. Overseas shipping on purchases under $100.00 may be sent by USPS First Class Mail International but I will upgrade at the buyer's request. Orders for more than $100.00 will need to be by Priority Mail International. This provides added protection for both the buyer and for me. The price will be the actual shipping costs plus $1.50 for the mailer and pads noted above. I know that customs charges are problematic but, sorry to say, I cannot lower the value on the customs form below the purchase price.

I always mail in a poly sleeve with the record outside the jacket. If there's an original inner sleeve I also remove the record from that and put it in a plain sleeve for mailing. That way, there are no seam splits on either the jacket or the sleeve due to any handling in the mail.
